Everybody wants a better life, and the definition of a better life in 2019 has become ‘going abroad.’ Studying and working in developed countries is becoming more popular day by day. The youth have been channelizing their goals and studies in a way wherein they can get opportunities to study and work abroad. Now, it is not as easy as it sounds.

Even if you plan your entire life with the aim of going abroad, there are formalities that need to be done and hurdles that need to be crossed. Now, as the number of students applying for foreign countries has increased, the question is that, has these hurdles become tougher than they were? Let us analyze in detail.

GRE

This is a mandatory entrance exam for people/ students seeking jobs or higher studies in the US/ Canada and many other countries. As time has evolved, these exams have been getting tougher to crack, that’s for sure. But now, that was necessary because, for the past few years, the number of immigrants has increased so much that the countries had to get stricter with their rules and exams. Diversity sounds nice, but maintaining diversity is a task for countries. What is the use if a country’s own citizen is considered as a secondary one?

The developed countries have faced a problem of immigrants and thus have got better in the screening of candidates that come to their country.  So, making GRE tougher was the need of the hour.

Pros

Making the GRE Coaching in Delhi tougher was better for developed countries because they actually have filtered and deserving candidates working/studying in their countries. Plus, the universities have a better insight into the student adjusting to their culture and language, rather than be totally feeling like an outsider. The students who really study hard and have the potential of going out, only crack this test. Because going abroad may sound easy, but living in a different country all alone and adapting to it is a really difficult thing.

So, making GRE tougher is a good thing as the competition everywhere has increased, and hard work should get what it deserves.

Cons

The cons of making the GRE tougher are that even if the candidate is intelligent, has the potential but if he/she fails in the language skills, he/she may not be able to make it. Language becomes a barrier in letting a person live his dream. Sometimes a person may be a slow listener or writer, but that does not mean he is not fit for the job/education that he is applying.

So, as a coin has two sides, so does making GRE tougher has two prospective. But whatever the case may be, GRE has become tougher in 2019, and it is a fact. Just work hard as much as you can on your part and see your dreams change into reality. GRE may have gotten tough, but not that tough that it can prevent candidates from going abroad or attempting them multiple times!
